Physical properties exists as colorless or slight yellow, transparent high viscous liquid.
                                 Its solution can form transparent, successive,  flexible film without
                                 stickness. It's cationic nature,can provide affinity to hair, so that it
                                 has excellent hair-holding and conditioning effect with less deposit.
                                 Hair will become much easier to comb and curl, and more lustrous
                                 and smoother.  It  does not  stimulate to the skin and eyes and  is
                                 compatible  with  anionic,  nonionic  and  ambident  surface  active
                                 agent.
