CTFA Nomenclature PVP/VA Copolymer
Physical properties exists as white or milky white powder,and colorless or slight yellow transparent liquid. The clarity of the aqueous product depend on the proportion of vinylpyrrolidone and vinylacetate. The aqueous solution of VA37 is cloudy, and the others are clear at room tempereture. The solution is slight acidic but not electrolytic.
